There will be 4 options for you to choose for delivery.

1. Next earliest delivery date (3-5 working days subject to delivery slot availability)*

4. Self collect (Pending stock availability turnaround time 1-3 working days / contact us at +65 8779 5626 to arrange pick up on a later date )

What must I bring along for self-collection in-store?

Bring along a screenshot of your online order invoice. Goods will not be handed over without proof of invoice.

What if I decide to change my delivery date ?

Delivery dates are to be informed minimum 3 days in advance.

What time will my items be delivered?

After your order is confirmed, we will contact you to confirm delivery timing and date.

How do I make payment online ?
  • CREDIT CARD (VISA/MASTERCARD)
  • PAYNOW
    1. Log into your internet banking (Regardless of bank)
    2. Under Bank Transfer, choose paynow.
    3. key in our Company Unique Entity Number (UEN)
    4. UEN = 198502580D (On the top right hand corner of the invoice)
    5. After keying in our UEN, Click on HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD
    6. Key in the amount and click PAYNOW !
    7. Take a screenshot of the SUCCESSFUL payment page and send it to us to verify

*If you are paying via Paynow, we will send you an email to proceed with payment. Followed by a verification email*

Paynow Payment Process:

2. You will recieve a confirmation email with paynow instructions.

Who should I contact about my order?

For orders made through this website, Kindly contact us at 8779 5626 (WhatsApp) between 10 am to 5.30 pm.

For orders made through Hoe Kee Hardware store, kindly contact the respective outlets during store operating hours.

What if I want to change delivery information?

If you would like to change delivery address / date / phone number, kindly contact us at +65 8779 5626 (WhatsApp) latest 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.

For Hoe Kee Store orders, kindly contact the stores that you bought from. Click here for contact numbers.

What happens when I'm not at home during delivery?

For in-house delivery, driver will give a call half an hour before reaching. If there is no answer, we will proceed with the delivery. However, Someone needs to be there for collection. In the event where there is no one to recieve the items, we will rearrange the delivery and additional $35 will be charged.

For third-party delivery (Ninja Van), you will receive a message from them on the delivery day. You are to liase with them separately.

Can I request for a specific delivery time?

No, customers are not allowed to request for specific time. We will provide you the estimated delivery timing. Driver will contact you 30 mins before reaching.

WHAT IF INSTALLATION WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY?

For orders made in physical stores:

Contact the branch you bought from & assistant will be provided.

For orders made through this website:

* Any installation request is a direct contract between Customer and the third paty installer. Hoe Kee Hardware is not liable for any potential liabilities arising out of work rendered. *

* Note: If you are under going a renovation ( new intallation ), it is advisable to engage your contractor to install the products. Third party installation service is frequently required only for adhoc replacements.*

* Prices are estimated by Third Party Installer and according to market rates. *

Do you do delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays?

No. We do not do delivery on Sunday and Public holidays. For orders placed on Sunday or Public Holiday, your delivery will be extended by an additional 1-3 working days.

How long can I have my orders be under TBC?

Orders under TBC is valid for 6 months. However, we cannot ensure that the model is still available. In the event where product is obsolete / out of stock during arrangement of delivery, we will inform you and recommend an alternative model.

Which part of Singapore do you not deliver or have additional charges ?

Do you deliver to inaccessible area ?

We will deliver products on the first floor living room. If your item(s) needs to be delivered via staircase, an additional charge will apply. Kindly contact us at +65 8779 5626 to know more !

Do you offer self-collection services ?

Yes we do ! On the checkout page, you will be given the option to choose the shipping methods. You may collect your orders at any of our 5 outlets.
You may self-collect from Monday to Sunday:
