EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

Physical store order:

  • Exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Original receipt must be presented for exchange.
  • Original product is required. Exchanged product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original labels.
  • Product(s) can be exchanged 7 days from the date of purchase if there is manufacturing defect found.
  • All items cannot be refunded / returned
  • HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
  • HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

Online store order:

  • No exchange and return for ceramic products, seat covers, installed products, bath tub.
  • Product(s) excluding those stated above can be exchanged 7 days from the date of purchase if there is manufacturing defect found only.
  • HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
  • HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

  • All orders are subjected to acceptance and availability
  • Goods sold are not returnable or refunded.
  • Appointment for delivery should be made 3 days in adv (excluding Sunday and Public Holiday (PH) )
  • No claims will be considered upon delivery.
  • Deposit balance valid 3 months and non refundable.
  • In the event when the order stock is non avaliable , the closest subtitute will be presented. We also reserved the right to refund the deposit and no other claims can be made.
  • The seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods. Howsoever caused and no claims can be made.
  • All items ordered can not be cancelled or refunded.
  • No delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays (PH).
  • Delivery date is subject to delivery slots availability

Next earliest delivery date (3-5 working days subject to delivery slots availibility) - exclude Sunday and Ph

Date to be confirmed (3-5 working days in advance) - subject to stock and delivery slot availibility, exclude Sunday and Ph
Self collect (Pending stock availability turnaround time 1-3 working days days) - Proof of purchase (invoice) is needed for collection. Else goods WILL NOT be handed over

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE

FOR PHYSICAL STORE PURCHASE / ORDER:

Please bring the original item(s) and your invoice to the same HOE KEE HARDWARE store/outlet of purchase and approach the staff to process your exchange.

Install Service T&C

Replacement/Installation Service T&C

  1. All prices quoted for replacement/installation of products and services are estimated only.
  2. All prices are subject to change upon site situation and assessment.
  3. In the event that there are variations to the scope work upon site assessment, a new price would be quoted subject to acceptance by the customer and installer.
  4. The company reserves the right to refund the items bought and no further claims can be made or pursued.
  5. We are unable to guarantee the conditions of the surrounding installation / replacement area due to prolonged usage, wear and tear, hidden conceal piping, this the company hereby disclaim any liability for any damage loss that may happen.
  6. Warranty period of workmanship: 14 days
  7. Workmanship warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, negligence, abuse, wear and tear or any manner of tampering.
  8. All services provided after the warranty period will be chargeable at standard rates determined by HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD or Third Party Installer.

This is not a complete listing of possible ways to deal with all possible Returns, Exchanges, Defective Merchandise or Materials scenarios.

As each case is unique and our Managers assess and deal with each one under different circumstances, times, and conditions involving many factors, "We" reserve the right to stipulate that ALL Final Decisions regarding "Returns and Exchanges" are made at their discretion, even if they may seem to contradict any one or more terms or policies stated previously or a prior procedures, even experience, including to refuse - for ANY reason - to accept items for Exchange, Credit, or other benefit.
