• Exchanged items must have tags intact and be returned in original packaging.
• Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Original receipt must be presented for exchange.
• The original product is required. Exchanged product(s) must be in new and original condition, with original packaging and labels.
• Product(s) can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase if a manufacturing defect is found.
• All items are non-refundable / non-returnable.
• HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not fulfill the above requirements.
• HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

• No exchange or return for ceramic products, shower screens, seat covers, installed products, or bathtubs.
• Other product(s), excluding those stated above, may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase if a manufacturing defect is found.
• HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not fulfill the above requirements.
• HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Goods sold are not returnable or refundable.
• Appointment for delivery must be made 3 days in advance (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays).
• No claims will be considered upon delivery.
• Deposit balance is valid for 3 months and non-refundable.
• In the event ordered stock is unavailable, the closest substitute will be presented. We reserve the right to refund the deposit, with no other claims permitted.
• The seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods. No claims can be made.
• All items ordered cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• No delivery on Sundays & Public Holidays.
• Delivery date is subject to slot availability.

• Next earliest delivery date: 3–5 working days (subject to slot availability, excluding Sundays & PH).
• Specific delivery date: To be arranged and confirmed via +65 8779 5626.
• Date to be confirmed: 3–5 working days in advance (subject to stock and delivery slot availability, excluding Sundays & PH).
• Self-collection: Pending stock availability (1–3 working days). Proof of purchase (invoice) is required, else goods will not be released.

• HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD reserves the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, under the following circumstances:
• Pricing errors due to system glitches, typographical mistakes, or human error.
• Stock unavailability or discontinued products.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Failure to make payment within the stipulated period.
• Other circumstances where HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD deems cancellation necessary.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and any deposit or payment made will be refunded accordingly. No further claims can be made against HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD.

Physical Store Purchase / Order: Bring the original item(s) and invoice to the same HOE KEE HARDWARE outlet of purchase and approach our staff.

• All installation/replacement prices quoted are estimated only.
• Prices may change after site inspection/assessment.
• Any variations to scope of work will be re-quoted, subject to customer acceptance.
• The company reserves the right to refund items purchased, with no further claims allowed.
• We do not guarantee conditions of surrounding areas (e.g., wear & tear, hidden piping). The company disclaims liability for any damage or loss arising.
• Workmanship warranty: 14 days.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, negligence, abuse, tampering, or normal wear and tear.
• Services beyond warranty are chargeable at standard rates by HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD or third-party installers.

HOE KEE HARDWARE PTE LTD Management reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases, even if it differs from the policies above, including refusal of exchange or return.
