2. Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period.
Valid invoice/receipt is required for all claims.
Claims are applicable for parts only (no labor or site service).
Items must be checked before installation to be eligible.
No surface, color, or scratch claims after installation.

3. Care & Maintenance

Colored Faucets

Clean using mild soap and soft cloth only.
Do not use bleach, abrasives, acidic cleaners.
Wipe dry after each use to avoid spotting.
Discoloration after installation is not covered under warranty.

Kitchen Sinks (Nano-Coated)

No high-temp liquids (>300°C).
Avoid bleach or acid-based cleaners.
Rinse and dry after use to prevent staining or rust.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Surface defects after install (scratches, discoloration, fading).
Damage due to installation error or misuse.
Improper chemical or heat exposure.
Natural wear and tear, including loosening or fading.
No coverage for accessories (except specified parts like spray head or hinge).

⚠️ Important Notice on Color Finish Warranty

Please note that Roz & Krisroz does not provide any warranty coverage for the color finish of faucets or vitreous ceramic surfaces.

While our products are manufactured to high standards, the appearance and durability of the color finish may be affected over time due to:

Cleaning methods
Frequency of use
Environmental exposure (e.g., moisture, harsh chemicals, etc.)

Therefore, any issues such as fading, discoloration, or changes in surface appearance over time are not covered under our standard warranty policy.

We highly recommend following our Care & Maintenance Guidelines to help preserve the color and finish of your product.
